can anyone reccomend a team with good funds, decent setup and youth and decent team, not the top 4 thanks

However I guess you mean the EPL, so Man city? Aston Villa? Everton? Not quite sure exactly how strong those teams are in teams of youth but funds and team wise fairly strong.

Ofc Pompey are another option with funds and quiality of the team.

Depending on how lucky you are with Egger's stats, West Ham can be a good choice. You can get 20-odd million at the start, and you can sell a few players for a fair bit to supplement at least a european qualification. Same youth setup as Manu and Arsenal too.
