Matias Fernandez for sure. Give him a free role on the left and he'll run riot. You cant really go wrong with Menez either though. He too, is great.

I bought menez in my first season as arsenal and played one up front played menez attacking midfield left wing role and liuka modric through the middle and fabregas and rosicky behind modric and menez was amazing!!!

Fernandez works better as AMC, but on the left of the pairings... He is simply awesome though (he scored FIVE goals in the ECC Final for my Sevilla team against BARCELONA! Two of which were from Free Kicks)
Menez, although I didn't buy him (wouldn't fit with my tactics...) seems to work better as a winger, and would suit your needs perfectly.

I did the easy thing in my first season as Arsenal and got both tbh fernandez is slightly better.
