I agree with Ayesteran, he's a quality Assistant. Also Sinisa Mihalovic from Inter, although he's mighty hard to get and asks for a lot of money.

Desailly is great as assistant manager and he will come to almost everybody.

Tommy Burns(Celtic),would want a good salary though but great stats,does the job for me with sheff weds as i get him to do team talks etc for motivation purposes.

On similar lines....
Querioz left after my first year of playing with Man Utd and wouldnt accept a new contract. I cheked my backroom and promoted one of my coaches to Ass Manager, anyone done that. He's doing really well!!!

| Not in the first season...he is too happy at his current club. Will try again later.
Probably when Pat Rice retires, I stole him from Arsenal and he is doing very well.

so if you have a really good assistant manager should you let him do the team talks?? i always feel assistant managers no matter how good make stupid mistakes, like when you do team report, they often put players in slightly wrong positions, or choose players who are definately not part of the first 11. i have just got brian mcClair, should i let him do the team talks?
