Just entered august 2008, im pompey in the champions league 3rd round and have 30million to spend. can you help me buy for the following positions within my budget please.. i will put the most important position first..
1. DC Cant get zapata or barzagli..club wont sell breno for less than 11million clause...who should i get?
2. DL
3. MC Palombo wont sign..denilsons off to spain..
3. GK James might be good for one more year, and i have preston edwards in reserves, if i have spare cash after buying for the top 3 positions i'll look fora james replacement..

I'd pay the 11 mil release clause for Breno tbh.
other than that try: Pablo, Albiol, Luisao, David Luiz or Andreolli.
DL: Marcelo for his cheap release clause.
MC: Sunny (but scout him forst, sometimes hes not that good), Lucho Gonzalez (might cost a lot tho), Alou Diarra (really solid).
GK: Ochoa, Lloris.
i was thinking of just paying the 11million but not sure if hes good enough straight off for champions league and hopefully a title challenge..and marcelo signed for inter..but good suggestions, will definately look into those guys you two have suggested vcheers
