Bulgaria is good
If anyone wants to make good cheap signings for their lower league teams, i would suggest going to Bulgaria and looking at young players from Levski and cska sofia, bought 4 players for my Shrewbury team costing 100k and won promotion with them:
Martin Toshev FC
Georgi Sokolv AM
Pergatov GK
Mihaylov LM (spelling)
also found Graeme Dorrans (ARM)to be a real gem to sign from Scotland.

I found a player called Daniel Zlatkov (can't remember who he played for) but he was free at the start of the games and he is a definite buy for lower league clubs
