My transfer budget just got doubled and i spent big but i didn't no until a few mins ago that serbia isn't part of the eu so i bought nikola gulan but has anyone ever bought this player off partizan gulan who i bought for 7.25Mil and he i have tried to get out on loan by doing

no feeder clubs in belgium as i want him to get eu nationality as serbia isn't counted as part of the eu and he feels he is too good to be loaned.I have already got 3 registred that are non-eu players but it takes 10 years for spainish citzenship! .
can someone please give me sugestion or an idea
