Have just been promoted to the premiership in my first season, Have 3million to spend what players shuld I sign. Have no decent players in my squad, apart from mifsud and stancu upfront. Please name a few players to keep me up in the first season

Well first of all could you please post your first choice XI so we can get a better idea of your squad's situation and any players you should sell for funds.
Secondly, most of the promoted clubs usually lack a strong backline, so I'd recommend looking at good young defenders such as Tuia or Abenzoar.
Be sure to send scouts out as much as possible to try to find players who could be picked up cheap and become world class fairly quickly (for example Banega is doing wonders for me and cost peanuts)
Finally, use the Search function to look for players with expired or expiring contacts.

Checj to see if the following are available free, Mascherano(even if he was you prob won't get him) Gasbarroni, Birindelli they are all out of contract at that point provided their deals havn't been renewed, Look at loan deals from the big european clubs reserves or back up players can get very good plays for free.

It depends on what tactics and style of play you favour the most imoho.
Look to see where your weak links are in the team and change thier squad status to back ups for first team or sell them on.
Build a good defence would be my advice it may take time.
They say Rome wasn't built in a day then again I wasn't on that job.
