geordieshaun Junior Member Join Date: Jan 1970 Posts: 25 Rep Power: 0	Taking over a new club! Has anyone found it difficult taking control of a new club after about 7/8 seasons? I say this because I have recently taken over R.Madrid in 2014 and find it difficult learning all the unkown players. So how long do people give themselves to make their own team?
