| Well, there's a whole messy side to torrenting that could slow your download right down. Like jimmywillis said if it takes more than 20-30 minutes than use one of the links posted in the sticky and it'll be quicker. There's plenty there - they just haven't been tested by SI yet.

sorry for being naive but i cant open once downloaded. says i dont have the correct software winrar. how do i get this?

No, apparently the torrent download hasn't been compressed so you won't need WinRar for that. That was just for the link I gave.

If the file size is 144 MB (something like that) then it hasnt been compressed so you wont need Winrar.
When its finished downloading, just double click the file and it will give you step by step instructions.
Even i managed it

Ye the one i am downloading is 144 mb so all i do is wait and then double click i might be able to manage that lol
