Ok I was able to download 8.0.1 no problem through one of the mirrors! But I do not have a clue on how to download this patch! Can someone please give me a link to one of the mirrors that I can download it from! I tried downloading it from one of the mirrors and it downloaded succesfully, but how do i go about running the patch so that it will be applied to my game! Thanks in advance

i downloaded from the original post on this patch thread and it took 2 seconds to download. i knew this was wrong so found a mirror from further into the thread. took about 7 minutes to download double click to open and it'll do its work.
If you don't know how to use Torrents there are many mirrors now in the thread posted buy our lovely helpful wonderful community. They will have direct links to the patch and as said it will take longer to download but will be easier for you.
Did I mention our community was fantastic and wonderful? They smell of roses and chocolate too.

ok, i spent 15-20 mins downloading the patch! it is now sitting on my desktop and i have tried opening it to run it but nothing is happening! please help! Why is this patch not easy to load up like the last one?
Brian_Rangers - if you downloaded the torrent of the file, you just need to double click on it, and it will install. If you downloaded in another way, it's likely "archived", so you would need either winzip or a rar unarchiver to make it into the full file.
ok miles, i deleted the downloaded patch that took me 20 minutes to download! I have clicked on the link from the patch thread, the torrent!
Now when i go to open the file it says windows cannot open this file! To open this file windows needs to know what opened it! it gives me 2 options "use the web service to find approptiate program" and "select the program from a list" please tell me what to do! Im not very good at using the computer so something simple like the last downloading the last patched would be appreiated
please please help!
