im a bit of a quitter usually..and this time i have a saved game where im in 2011..(good for me xD)
if i download new pa..will i have to start a new game for it to take effect =[
?

ALready been answered in about 4 other threads so search them...

To save your time though... no it works straight away but the database update doesn't

no it will take effect on your saved game but obviously the data update (Transfers) wont take affect until u start a new game
