If you can acess them from where you are (if you are in college sometimes their servers can block access to rapidshare) the mirrors at the bottom of Miles' post would be quicker than a torrent.

How quick it is depends on your connection (if Broadband how many MB) and the quality of your connection.

Is the rapidshare one the same as the other ones cuz it has less mb to download?

With the A.L. link it is a compressed version and you need a program called winrar to extract the file that needs to be double clicked to install the patch.

If you don't have winrar then just use the mirror at the bottom of the first post in the patch thread as this will give you the exe without needing to be extracted.

1. Download the file in the mirror (PC version)

2. When it's downloaded double click on it and it will run automatically.

Don't forget to fix the Jermaine Defoe database issue if you intend starting a new game.

I am using a Mac and trying to download the box version but when its opened in the torrent it make no progress and has my download rate at 0.0 kb. Thoughts?

I can't really respond to that without knowing how much you know about torrents without sounding condescending.

If you already know how torrents work then ignore this next bit. They basically work by individual users acting as 'seeders' allowing the file to be downloaded from their computer. If there aren't enough seeders then the download rate will be slow or non existent.

You might be waiting awhile for a mirror as if you look through the patch thread alot of people are having problems downloading the Mac version.
