First question is do you have a program called Winrar?
If you don't then just do steps 1 and 2 as listed in my previous post.
If you have already downloaded the .rar file from rapidshare in A.L.'s post then right click on this file. If you have winrar there will be an option saying extract here. Click that one one and the exe file will be extracted.
If you don't have winrar then use google to find a free version or a trialversion that you can download and use.
