I am manager of Sunderland near the end of season 3. Doing well and I have qualified for europe through the league each season and will hopefully make the champions league this year.

Finances are extremely good.

However the board wont let me have anymore than 6 scouts or 6 feeder clubs. Will this number increase as we become more successfull or am I always stuck like this?

For the scout question it depends on the board as far as I know. Some people have reported never being able to get more than the amount the board recommends regardless of how successful they have gotten. This usually shows itself in the board cancelling any potential signing of a scout.

In my case my board says they recommend having 6 scouts but they don't cancel the signing when I go to sign another one. Some people have speculated that how much wage budget you have available affects this so if you are well within the budget the board won't block it.

The question on feeder clubs I don't know the answer but you'll find out soon enough when you ask for one the next time. 6 seems like a small number. If it's a case of them saying they can't find one then try not asking for a specific type as for some reason this can sometimes affect their ability to find a feeder club. If you are getting a specific message saying the board refuses to seek new affiliated clubs because you have the maximum they will allow then you might be stuck on that but I can't say for definite.
