Match engine gets a big thumbs up from me. Some nice variety and it feels like a game of footie which is always a nice plus.

On an aside note, in my current game (year 2017) the subs are still 5.

Coaching contracts appear to have been sorted. I'm delighted!

if they have updated it to 7 subs then i would think you'd have to restart to see that.
dont think they'd be able to add it to saved games.

I don't think anyone can judge the match engine until they've played at least half a season with it, praise or not!

The subs thing is clearly explained in the main 8.02 thread. It will kick in at the start of the next season.
