I started unemployed with only the English Premier League picked. Man City were 20th and something like 9 points off 17th place, I have now got them out of trouble butt the board blame the poor league position on me and not on the previous manager.

i dont think the expectations adjust compared to previous results, if you take over city at the start they are expected challenge for the title (!)

i think it should adjust say you take over in january and a team is bottom it should say make sue we stay up.
