Recently got a new laptop and installed the full patch but not the beta patch. Having trouble signing players who have other clubs interested, I ask the club how much they want for player, they give me value, I offer that they refuse. I look and see that other clubs have offered the same and sometimes lower amounts and they have been accepted.

So my question is was this a bug that was fixed in the beta patch, as i cant seem to download it anymore.

I don't think that this is a bug. It could be your rival club, coach might not like you or just bec. you teams colors. It can happen IRL.

However beta patch has much better match engine for the shot/goal ratio.

Its nothing to do with rival clubs as most of the time they have absolutely nothing to do with me. Should of said but I wasn't getting this problem when I had my old computer. Maybe I should go back to that .

They might think that you can go higher as you have shown interest before or after offers have been made or they know your likely "war chest" for transfers.
