In my experience... There shouldn't be any problem in him being scheduled to train. As he usually doesn't WHILE he's injured. At a certain time it says "back in training after an injury", thus implying that even though he's assigned to a specific training schedule, he's not really training whilst injured.

Am I right?

In my experiance its playing them to early after an injury. That causes another injury.

However, I tend to rest players for a minimum of 1 day to a maximum of x2 days rest. Which tends to help, as my training sessions are not intensive but as close as you can get.

When they are back in training after an injury usually the orange symbol, I think there training with the squad but not at 100%

Well I beleive so any way.

Hi mattg787,

I too wondered about your question, but I decided to treat it as you would in real life. Ie I set a training schedule up for example 'Injured' and I leave all the sliders at zero. This way the injured player is totally resting, hopefully maximising his recovery time.

You could also set up a 'Light' training schedule for all the long term inury players coming back, with a little strength + aerobic etc.

I tend to use no training (Injured) whilst they are Red and when they are Orange and nearly back I put them on their usual training.
