I think the poster is alluding to the fact that you would need to be in Newcastle ands Africa on the same day.
It's just one of those things that the AI overlooks. Probably best to ignore it. I wouldn't call it a bug or anything, it's just that the only solution would be to hand over the Newcastle game to your assistant, which you probably wouldn't be happy with
Only a similar note, I did report an instance where I had an Under 21 player line-up for England at 7.30, and for Wigan at 7.45. That IS a bug methinks

That's not a bug, that's dedication.
And yes, I can confirm that, if you have two clashing games, you manage both, one after the other. I had it with Dorchester in the Championship and Nigeria on the same day - I played my domestic game first, then the international game.
Should SI take this into account with the gameplay? IE where there is a clash between club and country you have to choose which to be at? If the club gave you consent to be international manager, then you can leave the local game to the assistant manager, but if not, then you risk the wrath of either board... perhaps, it should be a condition of taking whichever the later job you get is (IE appointed Newcaslte manager on the understanding that you will be away for all Nigeria games)?

Or maybe you shouldn't be able to manage both teams at all? As it wouldn't happen in real life would it. Ho-hum.
