What impact does your stats have, and how do they compare/translate to other mangers' stats?

I wouldn't take much notice of those stats. Purely visual. Won't affect your games really.

As Swarfega said, these attributes have absolutely no effect on the game and are just there so that you can get an idea of your own management style.

Your reputation is what will get you another job so the attribiutes are not worth bothering about.

So Newcaslte, for example, wouldn't be more likely to higher you if you are known for your attacking style of play (or dodgy barnet history)?
