I know the patch is out and soon and we've all heard enough complaints about board confidence as it is, but this has riled me, and I can't help but post.

My Nottingham Forest team is currently top of League One, four points ahead of Swansea City. Admittedly, they have a game in hand, but we'd still be top if they won it. Also, I'm eight points clear of third, so well placed for automatic promotion.

Anyway, I recently got a monthly board confidence reports. In it, they claim to be satisfied with my management, and in particular with my capture of Steve Marlet. However, they also say that the team's poor performance in the league is not acceptable and must be addressed. Or words to that effect.

What do they want from me? Are they going to sack me for not being ten points clear? This is just crazy. What in the world would I need to be doing to actually please them?!

Very odd, I of course must asked if you are patched? The boxed game had major board confidence issues.

Promotion as champions. But I'd hardly say our performance was unacceptable even in that context.

First season. And I'm unbeaten in thirteen matches.

Also, I note you say "unbeaten in thirteen matches". Might some of the 13 be draws against weaker teams that you really should have won?
