sounds like a minor bug, assuming it hasn't happened before, and doesn't again. If it has or does then its a major bug!

There were three draws. And I admit they were against teams I should have beaten. Still, don't you think that the fact I'm top and have lost only once should be more important?

I joined Spurs on a 2-year deal with a long-term goal of winning the title, won it both years and they didn't renew me because I'd not met the long-term goals.

It's definitely broken, and it definitely needs fixed in 8.0.2. I've come across this many times playing on 8.0.1 - e.g. winning titles and board being unhappy with me for not achieving the goal of 'challenging for the title'. I've resorted to using FMM 2.23 to extend my contract when the board don't when I know I've met the goals and it's ridiculous that they wouldn't - note I don't use it for anything else - that would be cheating . If they only fix one thing on 8.0.2 this MUST BE IT - it ruins the game. Why add this feature if it doesn't work - how could this not work by now in February in a game that came out in October, why does it get missed by the testers?! I really don't understand it. It's been 4 months since the game came out, and the major new feature is still completely useless. I never usually buy the game till Feb/Mar btw, but I got it for a Xmas present this year and so got addicted while it's still broken...

It's still a very good game and well worth the money, but please please just fix this one thing if nothing else, for the love of god.

I did know this. And I alluded to it at the start of the original post. I just... couldn't hold my frustration in.

In my first season I won the league with Leeds with 5 games to go - they were only satisfied and were complaining about Jack Hobbs who I signed on loan and the fact I got knocked out of the Johnstones paint in my first game.
