you set the coaches to the assignments you want or auto assign. then set each player to the groups you designed. Strikers in the attackers group etc

Can someone give me some step to steps on how to do this

Get my coaches to auto - assign training

I just want all the coaches to look after the training , I went to the Training < Staff and clicked assign all , but I dont know what that is doing ?

Say I do not want to do any of the training what are the steps in telling the coaches that

I go to Training < Staff then click Auto - Assign , but I am not sure what that is doing because in Training < Players none of the sliders have changed , they have just stayed the same ?????
