I'm not aware of an action that is available for that, but it would be very easy to make one.
If you post an example of what a raised logo looks like then it will be easier for someone to make an action to make standard logos look the way you want them to.

Looks just like a plain embossment. Isn't too hard to make an action to do that.

Let me see if it's what you're wanting:
- Get your logo and put it in Photoshop with 46 pixels in height;
- Then right-click the layer (in layers window) and choose Blending options;
- Check Bevel and emboss and in its options, choose Style: Emboss, Size: 5 px and Angle: 120°;
- Then Ok and finished :thup:.
