I have downloaded both premiership facepack and kits. But i really don't know how to put them in the game. I downloaded them into 'My Received Files'. Please help!!

Unrar the Prem face packs to this folder:
CProgram Files\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2007\data\graphics\pictures\players\normal\eng

Or unrar the Prem kits to this folder:
CProgram Files\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2007\data\graphics\pictures\kits\clubs\eng

Make sure that when you've done this you uncheck Skin Cache and keep checked the Reload Skin box, these are found in preferences on the main menu screen.
Remember to click confirm in the bottom left when you do this.

NO! They should go in the My Documents area or there is a possibility that when the patch comes out, it may overwrite your stuff if you put it there.

When you install FM 2007 a Sports Interactive folder is automatically created in My Documents. It's designed to store user-modified content - saved games, saved tactics, custom data, etc. The game "knows" to look there.

Just checked thread thanks for the help. I have put them into the Sports Interactive file. Just one quick question does it automatically go into a previous game or do u have to start a new game?

And if I may ask a question - can I just extract these to ...my doc's/s.i./fm2007/skins then it will work? I don't have to divvy them up into folders, do I? The game just knows to find pics by looking for config.xml files in there?

You can sort them into folders for keeping them organized, but they will still be loaded from the My Documents folder if you choose not to.
