NEED HELP!!

I have downloaded a skin, extracted it and placed it into the skins folder inside my Sports Interactive folder. But, the skin cannot be selected in Display & Sound, I really need help and don't understand the guides .

Check that the name of the folder matches the name of the xml file.
Also, take a look at that xml file inside and check the value of the following:
<string id="name" value="Test Skin"/>
This is the name that shows in the selection list, could and can be different from the folder and xml filename.
Conclusion, it's probably showing the new installed skin but under some other name.
Which skin is it by the way ?
