How do you lower the board's expectations?

I'm starting with a 3rd Division Side in Belgium.

In the FM-Editor, I put my account to -100.000£ and transfer all my players and staff, so I can begin from 0 (I find that a challenge).

But still my board expects me to attain a safe midtable position.

What do I edit to change that in "battle bravely against relegation"?
(chairman's ambition, club's reputation, ...)

this have to do with the club's performance the season before. You can edit using the FM editor.

Clubs reputation did the trick for me.
