I'm trying to create a new regional cup competition, that is actually genuine in real life - the "Staffs Senior Cup" as it's called...
I was wondering, does anyone know how i make sure that only certain teams take part in this Cup Competition?

I want it to work so that a team like Stoke City can still take part in the league (The Championship), the League Cup, the FA Cup, and also this 'new' cup.

I've looked in the team lists for the cup competitions but no teams are listed - anyone know if the teams taking part are hard coded? Anyone know how i can make sure only certain teams play in my new competition?

Just to clarify, i aren't creating a cup competition from scratch cos i know i can't do that, but i'm overwriting one that isn't in use in the game.

But i still want my stoke team to take part in that and the other 3 mentioned above (Championship, League Cup and FA Cup)

you cannot take a cup competition and make it "work"

cup competitions cant be edited, the only thing you can do is change their name, only european compeitions, can you change the teams involved.
