Do you know how to program in any language because I get a strong hint that you don't have a clue about it.

If you don't then I suggest you begin by downloading some of the Visual Express programs. C#.net is a popular O-O language and in a few years, it should be used for programming Football Manager.

I think that, if you don't have a clue then you need to start by making simple programs before you tackle something like an editor for the game. You'll only end up crying.

If you do have a clue about programming then you'll already know what language you'll want to do and this thread doesn't exist.

I recommend going to the Programmers Oracle for help on programming and where to begin.

As for links, I think it's safe to say that Google is the best place to start.
