Hi Guys

Matt has asked me to drop you people an update on how v0.02 is doing in the close season. At the moment myself and Matt are scouring the world for transfers and have so far come up with approx 3,500 future transfers. Countries currently concluded are Armenia, Belarus, Croatia, Estonia, Faroe Islands, Finland, Iceland, Ireland, Kazakhstan, Latvia, Lithuania, Norway, Russia, Sweden (These are all divisions in each country, not just the top flight). We are also keeping a daily eye on transfers and are racking up between 30 to 50 transfers a day! This includes loans and managerial moves too. The plan is to release shortly after the end of the transfer window, but the odd tweak here and there may mean it could be a week or so after the window closes. Remember there may be free transfers in that period so we want to make it as accurate as possible. I am working on other countries too but some transfer activity won't be starting until about now. Please be patient. Matt will give you a full run down of the work done when the update is released including a few bits that he has done himself.

We have amassed circa 3500 transfers so far in this window. This includes basically every country in Europe. I dont beleive this has been done before, so its rather special.

Im also trying to find the hours in the day to include South America too. Also to note that the English lower leagues will be included in this version (if I find the time)

This is on top of what was in v0.01, so basically we are covered from October 2004 to presant, worldwide.

I am also actively adding the 86,87, and 88 generation players from the countries not already included in v0.01 ie:Czech Rep, Slovakia, Albania, Macedonia, Georgia, Italy, Germany.

If I have time, I will also try to add even more stuff to Africa. I deally, I would like to have the Ivory Coast League fully added for the next version, but time constrains may put pay to that.

My problem with releaseing anything prior to the end of the window is the fact that I was away from updating on holidays for 2 weeks about a month ago. During this period about 700 transfers occoured. So basically, I am at the moment doing the 50 or so transfers a day, plus the youths, plus knocking about 20 a day off that 700 figure.

If I released now, then there would be a rather large gap in the middle, which isnt good enough really :thup:

What you doing re the aust A League if these are all going to be future transfers?
Do you hvae squad lists?
