Guys,

I downloaded one of the update patches, but I feel stupid in that I'm not sure if I'm using it right. I got it in place, went to start a new game and it still only lets me select July 2005. I thought these would let you start later, up to the time they've added in changes for?

At first I figured maybe it's just scheduled changes at set times, but then that would ruin the AI, it wouldn't be able to adapt to new situations, so am I doing something terribly wrong?
