Create a team in a lower English league around the idea that it was bought out by an eccentric American billionaire (Donald Trump?).

Make new uniforms, dump the entire coaching staff. Check "sugar daddy" and add an insane "future income"

Create a new stadium for them that seats an outrageous number of fans, or at least a medium sized one with lots of room for expansion, with a hideously corporate name like "Adidas Sports Complex 2.0"
