Default When editing/creating an award, what is the specific diffrence between "of the Competition" and "of the Season"?
As an example.
In the french league, there is an award for Player of the Season and an award for Star of the Competition.

What, if any, is the difference between choosing "of the Competition" and "of the Season" as an award rule?


Hope someone can answer this.

There's no difference in FM08. In 07(and before) "of the competition" would only include that certain competition, for "of the season" it would also include cup, continental and international games.

Now you do not need to worry about this as there is an option to set whether it just uses league games or whether it uses games from elsewhere.
