i can have the best assitant manager but he keeps upsetting the players then they blame me for it is this normal

also as a bit of morale support a good player who had a bad game once in 10 games i decided to say to the press i was happy with his contribution and he got the hump and his morale went very low should i bother praising players

Man management is tricky - some players like all the praise they can get while others need a kick up the bum!

Check out their mental attributes - a strong mental character tends to respond better to kick up the bum whereas a weaker mental character responds best to praise.

also my attacker had pr by him in the team menu and when i read it he was concerned that he hadn't scored for 3 games 'fair enough' but i didn't pressure him or say anything next game he scored six 'it was against h tel-aviv but even so' why does he put himself under pressure
