ive jus gone into jan 09 and in my 3rd season with derby, i won the championship in my 1st season with the rams n had an amazing 1st season in the
prem, ending 8th and signing a load of players after the board were quite generous in jan n gave me an extra 7 million 2 spend a few days b4 transfer deadline day. i hav signed a couple of new players this term, and massimo donati on loan from AC (parent club) and with the same formation and tactic n mainly the same players this season is extremely inconsistent, i.e drawing 2 chelsea away 2-2 n also being 2-0 n then the next game losing 2 reading 1-0 who were bottom n had 10 men from early in the 1st half, but i qualified 4 the uefa n won every game in my group which included betis monaco levski sofia and wolfsberg. this is my team

i need an experinced centre back but struggling because i only hav 500k n then board wont give me no more money, and they want a top name player 2 at the club, ac milan dont have anyone 2 loan either, ive never struggled like this b4 please help!
