I just looked at your tactic. For me your full-backs closing down is too high, all the way into the opposition area but your DC's could do more...just a bit. Also, you are losing possesion in the most dangerous area which is among your defenders. This is because you have short passing on your full-backs but you do not have a winger to make that short pass to. So he holds the ball not knowing who to pass to, only to have an opposition player pressure him out of it. Do not have short passing on your full-backs when you are closing down so much.
Another point is you are playing targetman but most of your defenders are on short passing!!! Targetman also plays as the midfields anchor, to receive direct balls from the defence to head them or pass them to the midfielders. In your tactic, he should be getting balls to the other striker or AMC. You should play through the middle with this tactic. You AMC will cut up a 4-4-2 defence but a 4-1-4-1 would kill you

Make your strikers close down high, then set the AMC to mid closing down or the other way around if you are playng away. Don't forget to set counter attack on away games...
