Apologies for being primitive - my laptop's pretty old and I'm terrified of any kind of change. Anyway, two things:

Training: I've got one good coach (well, good for Palace) plus physio per schedule. Different schedules for midfielders and wingers, midfielders doing cross country x2 and large pitch 5s x2 plus some skills work, heading, etc. They're training 3x per day, 5 days a week (rest after match day). Thing is: they're not getting any fitter. Stamina isn't improving - sometimes even going down - and most of the team is knackered by half time (75%ish). I'm winning matches and injuries are okay, but it doesn't seem like a good longterm strategy.

Values: I'm managing Palace in the second season (couldn't face managing them in the Premiership for 05/06) after a spell with Cambridge. Took a few players from Cambridge (Tom Beech and Igor Latte-Yedo) who are playing pretty well, scoring and getting into the Teams of the Week. Thing is, their values are stuck at less than I paid for them (around 40k)! One of them is demanding a pay rise to 15k which would be ridiculous even if the board would let me pay it, so he obviously thinks he's doing alright, but I can't get any other clubs interested for anything more than the 40k. Can this be right, will his value be reassessed at the end of the season or do I just have to ignore him/ship him for a fraction of what he's worth?
