I have downloaded nearly every traing sched ever posted, but i wasn't happy. So since fm06 i've been tweaking and creating my own. TO PERFECTION, download them on FMDOWNLOADS.NET. I will soon add a few more positions when i'm happy with them i've also mastered two tactics a 4-5-1/4-3-3 and a 442. I will post these shortly also.
You need to give more info about your tactic, such as formation, what attributes needed for what position, etc. You will also do well to give the name of your tactic on FM download, there's thousands of tactics there.
Yea sure, sorry ubos, i'm new to posting and stuff.
When you go to FMDOWNLOADS.NET select FM2007 then TRAINING and its called (Copy of Training schedules by JP.rar) give it a go let me know what you think, so far i've uploaded DEF(mainly for CB's but could be used for SW or Defensive FB's) FB(for full backs) DMC(for DMC's) WING/ST(for attacking wide men who can sometimes play as ST like robben, agbonlahor e.t.c and ST/TG( for strikers, target men) i mainly use a 4-3-3 or 4-4-2 but these scheds are pretty much universally good for all tactics,
Sorry Frankie and Stephanie, i thaught that i gave enough details, The tactic i have developed is as close as i could possibly get to Martin o'neills 4-3-3 which he used at the start of this season, zonal marking all round whith a dmc in front of the back four with 2 pacy wingers who sit deep and then burst forward into attack, when in possesion, i've tested this tactic with both Aston Villa and Moor Green, with aston Villa i'm currently second and undefeated 22 games in, with Moor Green i'm flying at the top with only two dubious losses, with only 8games left. I'm going to try and post a screen shot in the next couple of hours, also my training scheduling has been updated, it basically covers all positions which could be used for any formation,
