Tactics & Training Tips

It's no use having a squad full of star players without a decent way for them to play their football.

Default Newcastle United - Advice and critique required/Good home form, abyssmal away form.

So, from my previous post which did not go so well, I read up more topics regarding strategy, and made an attempt at a proper tactic this time. However, I'm still leaking goals in at the back in away games, and even in home games. Only reason why I'm winning home games or drawing even, is I'm scoring insanely too, being 3rd highest scoring club in the league so far.

At 7th position in the league now, I promised my board a respectable league postion.. but I really, really feel with my squad, I could definitely challenge for top 3. However, my away form has certainly been my downfall.

Here are the screenshots of my tactics, and also my team, kindly advice on how I could possibly improve my away form and keep a better, and more solid back 4.

Oh yeah, and also when analyzing tactics, do you guys watch the ENTIRE FULL MATCH or just HIGHLIGHTS KEY like I do? It seems really long to do the former though..oh well.

My demo experiences with Newcastle can be seen in the following thread:

Personally I only watch Key highlights, but if things are going badly wrong then Extended Highlights for a few games can yield results.
