If you put work load heavy or v.heavy does it make young players develop better then there suppose to ?

No, it can make them become injured more frequent, suffer from burn out, cause them to peak too early. In fact it can have a very downside on players, especially the younger ones. In the young players you need to nuture them and remember because they are young stats are still developing naturally.
