Ive been using this tactic with Arsenal and I realise they have an awesome team but give it a whirl....
Its based upon trying to contain the opposition in their own have in a bid to push up and win the ball, thus creating chances for your team.
I find that I have lots of shots and usually 60-65% posession of the play.
Player instructions are all done the only thing I would suggest is tinkering with the AMC as I have still not figured out how to get the best out of him. Also I would say the DC (left) should have good heading attributes as they chip in with a few goals from corners.
This is my first attempt at making my own tactic as I havent had a lot of success from downloaded ones.

i play something like that, i play a 4-5-1 and when in need of goals i sometimes switch to a 4-4-1-1 and it works reall well specially if you have a AMC that can score.
