He is the best left footed winger on the game. (Unless Messi is left footed?) He is useful as a LB, but I wouldn't sell.

Ever since I bought him from Real Madrid at the start of the game clubs have been making enquieries left right and centre for him. Barcelona just offered me £25M and I declined it, he's staying with me for now but if my regen called 'Renan' starts perking up like he seems to be doing for me lately, I'll try and flog Mercelo off for as much as possible.

Although, if I win the season, he's staying put.

well like previously said he is the best left winger on the game, despite what Evon may think about Ronaldo

, however as for left back he certainly is not the best or anywhere near it because of his pants defensive stats, also as stated previously Gareth Bale is your man, great going forward and very solid in the back, if he doesn't cut it for you a regen is your answer

hes quite possibly the WORST left back in the game.

however he is a decent wingback and quite possibly the BEST Winger in the game
