He is definitely not the best left back on the game. From the pool of LB's I've had, I'd say that'd be Chiellini.

Strange thing just happened with this guy for me....
With NUFC, 2nd season and had £2.7m of my budget remaining and made an "enquiry" with his current employers about availability. They said they would accept £4.7m plus other fees taking the total transfer amount above £5m. As there were other teams with offers in for him I decided to continue with my offer, which they accepted (to try and make sure he didn't sign for someone else). He then agreed personal terms, at this point I'm expecting the deal to fall through due to "insufficient funds" but amazingly the deal went through without any problem. No idea how it happened but I'm pleased it did.

Was part of the fee in installments? That would explain why.

Erm yeah I think it may have been. I thought it still had to be within your budget though?
If not then that means I could just buy anyone for any price as long as it was paid over 12 or 18 months???

No, Gareth Bale is! I dunno what his CA & PA are and I don't care because he always performs insanely well for me both defensively and offensively!!!
Please never ask such an absurd question again!
Matter closed!

Rep Power: 0 | IMO, Georgino Chillieni is better.
Also, Felipe from Udinese can be trained into a really good left back. IMO those two are the best.

Mate...Marcelo is one thing only and that's a left winger, because he's absolutely sick there.
Armand Traore should probably be the best LB in the world for you at the moment, because he will be in real life, that's definite.
