Whitehead is infamous around these parts
Default Decisions Decisions

I'm in my forth season as a manager, in my last season I won both premier league and EURO cup. yet my team is nowhere near capable of being a giant killing side for much longer, i would like some advice on team selection, transfers, wheter a feeder club would be beneficial.
My current starting XI is;
Gk - Vinceent Enyeama
Dr - Kerra Gilbert
Dlc - Nyatanga
Drc - Onunoa (not sure on spelling)from man city
Dl - Gareth Bale
Mr - Beckham/ Giles Barnes
Mc - Huddlestone
Mc - Muamba
Ml - Larsen
Fc - Cameron Jerome
Fc - Carlos Vela

Gilbert, Muamba, Larsen and Jerome not up to the standards required to be a quality side. The likes of Nyatanga can or cannot turn out class, Onouha's alright, Huddlestone is nowhere the top 10 or so in his position.

Plenty of strengthening needs doing. Also try adding a feeder club you can get first option on or for financial reasons (from China, Japan, U.S.A).

RB - Eduardo Ratinho, Rafinha (Schalke), Micah Richards.
CB - Felipe, Naldo, Curtis Davies, Michael Dawson, Vedran Corluka.
MC - Freddy Guarin, Kevin Nolan, Mikel Arteta, Mark Noble, Denilson.
ML - Stewart Downing, Silva (Valencia), Andres Guardado.
ST - Daniel Sturridge, Fernando Llorente, Rolando Bianchi, Alexandre Pato.

There's some suggestions to base your signings on.

sturridge is out for 2 years cant remember how, llorente is to old, bianchi has just signed for real madrid and pato has gone to barcelona.
Jeromes up to stadard, scoring 13 goals in 8 games for England and scored 17 goals last season in the prem,
Eduardo is already coming in, just waiting on a work permit, just got rafael schimtz on loan at centre half.
left mid, Kevin larsen is imense average rating over 8.67, + his stats are soaring. and i have kissq? somebody from everton as a back up.
centre mid just brought a chelsea youngster.
Anywhere you can think of strenghtening, if you could players who are under 23 in the 4th season would be preferable.

Deffinately try and get a feeder club, if you get chance for a chinese or a american club then very well done, they should be your first choice, they will bring alot of money into your side. Also what is your transfer budget like? Oh yea does the first part of my name seem familiar to you, if you are who I think you are. If you don't guess who I am, then I am ashamed Ben.

Goran Slavkovski, starts at Inter, he may have moved on by now though. Also he may not be playing for Sweden (because he has FYR Macedonia as a second nationality to sweden) but he is a very similar player to Ibramhimovic and is also very good. Depending on what team he is at he could cost between £5-£15 million
