I searched for a thread like this but couldn't find one and I know there are threads about choosing players but what has been your most successful team in all the football management games you have played? It can be any formation you want but you have to have had some success with it - even if it is just winning 3 games in a row.

Neal Grant is probably as good as Hleb, who is already the best in the world as far as I can see, Peter Andrews is a genius who can play in half the positions across the field, Stephen Green is a brilliant defender who doubles as a goal-scoring midfielder, Sean Sullivan has scored 68 goals in 57 appearances for England... the list goes on.
