A quick update on the Champions League is that we have 2 games to play against Chelsea & Barca, and we need one win to seal qualification.

We are also top of the league by about 4 points, and everything looks good atm

Absolutely delighted to have won such a difficult group, getting wins against both Barca & Chelsea away are going to be a highlight of the season, and those results have give us confidence against anybody we may meet in the knockout stages.

Manager's assesment

Well, half way through the season and so far it has been very productive, I felt our performances in the Champions League were fantastic and the tie against Roma in the knock-outs should be a blockbuster. In the league we look in to be in an amazing position, but we need to focus once we return from the xmas break as te first few games are going to be vital, as we play 2nd and 3rd.
We are doing well in the German cup also, into the last 8, a cup we hope to win.

I hope come my end of season assesement I will be celebrating many pieces of silverware, good luck, and continue to support the club in the fantastic way you have so far, Thank You.

it seems you have broken down my resolve and it seems i will start a Werder game \o/

looking to play a 4-3-1-2 with a either a playmaker of a Target Man and will play Klose (despite him not wanting to sign a new contract will hope he signs one next season)
