What do you do with these players? I assume they will not improve anymore so do you sell them and replace them with youngsters who want to prove themselves, even though they have reached there potiental at the tender age of 22?
I just don't know what to do. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks

If they've reached full potential and are playing well, just play them until they decline statswise. If they've reached full potential and are turd, sell tham.
