i am sundreland and i use 2-1-2-1-2 but i ahve just changed to 4-4-2 and its working but tell me what could help me

A new team - only joking
Try a 4-4-2 attacking with closing down always and all you defenders zonal marking with offside trap and counter attack on ! and you could also look in the tactics forum
