hi all - quick help needed please for my new roma game - after some selling and budget adjustment i have 15m to spend. i have brought in plenty of youngsters and squad players but need to address 2 positions in my first team - lb and st, the lb being the key position i want to fill first.

i have deals lined up for aurelio or evra for lb and am not sure who would be best - fee for each around 9m - who would be best, or any others who can come in straight away?

i am looking at zarate as st for around 5m, as i am not looking to go over about 6m for this position - have checked the forums but all the recommendations are either young prospects or valued at over the fee i can pay - is zarate able to play in serie a now, or is anyone else preferreable?

You can try Criscito from Juventus for LB position, not sure if they will sell since they should be rival teams though.

If you want a young LB try Sepsi in my games he turned out pretty good, but he isnt up to Serie A on the first season.

Evra is great and yes Zarate should cut it in Serie A mate.

Evra for 9M??? Thats a bloody steal mate. Go through with that without thinking twice! If you cant get that deal through for some reason, get Gonzalo Pindea from Chivas. Excellent LB. Else Taye Taiwo is brilliant two.

And yeah, Zarate is great and will definitely be a hit in Serie A. But like said above, Vucinic is brilliant, play him.

great - thanks guys - will go for evra at 9m and will likely take zarate, but useful to know about vucinic as i had only planned to use him sparingly.
