i dont know if this is in the right category but i was wondering who everythinks the best youth coache is ebcause thats the only thing i need to bring great youngsters throught the ranks. thanks in advance

Most coaches have random stats so its hard to say who's a great youth coach. Just go to staff search and filter for whatever area of training you want a coach for and add "working with youngsters" at atleast 18 and you'll be fine.

Paulo Paixao is a great coach if you can convince him to sign. Great with youngsters too. Ricard Moniz & Pat Rice are great assistant managers who are also great with youngsters. Tony Whelan & Paul McGuinness from Man Utd are great too. Liam Brady is a great youth coach irl but his stats in the game are not great in any one particular area iirc. David Court from Arsenal is great with youngsters and a 7* defending coach as well (mostly).

But yeah, the best way is to do a filter and search.

Tony Carr has a fixed WWY 20, I think. He's also got decent JPP but his coaching stats are random. Usually good enough to get a 6 or 7 star training out of him though.
